Our Guarantee
We stand behind every VOLRENIS™ product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
How it works
Email us at support@volrenis.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. Because our products are consumable supplements, you don't need to ship anything back — we'll process your refund to your original payment method once approved, typically within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Order didn't arrive
If your tracking shows no movement or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner and reship or refund.
A few limits
Refunds apply to purchases made at volrenis.com. We can refund up to the original purchase amount per order. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders returned due to an incorrect address may require a reshipment fee. Subscription orders can be canceled anytime before the next billing date from your account page.
