Processing time

 

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Each VOLRENIS™ product is prepared to order through our US fulfillment facility — this keeps products fresh and is why processing takes slightly longer than a warehouse retailer.

 

Shipping time & rates

 

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.

 

Order tracking

 

Tracking links are emailed automatically at shipment. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the email.

 

Address accuracy

 

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at purchase may require a reshipment fee to resend.
